本实用新型提供了螺旋式活动液雾消烟除尘脱硫脱硝吸收单元,吸收塔空间内有类似风扇结构的旋转扇分布在吸收塔的水平截面上;使用的时候,多个类似的旋转扇结构分布在吸收塔的空间内,烟气从下部的进气口进入,在凹槽式出水柱与喷液口有吸收液体流出,吸收液体与烟气接触,烟气和液体一道与旋转扇接触,被打成液雾,增大吸收能力。液雾可以增大吸收表面积,烟气和液雾同时上升进入下一个旋转扇单元,使烟气在有限的吸收空间内部充分和液雾接触,变频电机使得转速可以调节,故使得吸收效率增大。多级吸收,螺旋式活动液雾应用范围大,吸收效率高,可以广泛用于消烟除尘脱硫脱硝的烟气处理装置中,真正达到了节能减排、经济环保的效果。
