Abstract

本实用新型的目的是提供一种两层双蜗壳能量传递执行器,能弥补现有技术的缺陷,既能做到高效回收反渗透海水淡化系统处理过程中高压浓盐水的余压能量,又能做到能量传递执行设备少维修,甚至免于维修。本实用新型采用两层双蜗壳工作室壳体1和双作用空腔叶轮2。两层双蜗壳工作室壳体1使得本实用新型结构紧凑。两个蜗壳工作室对称结构布置的好处是让双作用空腔叶轮2的径向受力得到平衡。采用厚度调节圈25结构的好处是:无需叶轮轴支撑,双作用空腔叶轮2自身就能悬浮在两相液体之间,消除任何密封摩擦阻力功耗和维修隐患。半圆定位凹槽14与所对应的半圆定位凹槽24环形空间包容中,至少安放三颗球形定位滚珠3,确保系统精确运行作。

The actuator consists of a double-layer double-volute working chamber shell 1 and a double-acting cavity impeller 2; the double-layer double-volute working chamber shell 1 makes the actuator have a compact structure; two volute working chambers are symmetrically formed, so that radial forces applied to the double-acting cavity impeller 2 are balanced; a thickness adjusting ring 25 is adopted, so that the support of an impeller shaft is not needed, the double-acting cavity impeller 2 can suspend between two phases of liquid, seal friction resistance power consumption is reduced, and hidden maintenance dangers are eliminated; and at least three spherical positioning balls 3 are arranged in an annular space enclosed by a semi-circular positioning groove 14 and the corresponding semi-circular positioning groove 24 to ensure the accurate operation of the system.
