Abstract

The utility model relates to a regulation type magnetorheological damper of a permanent magnetic flow guiding pipe. The regulation type magnetorheological damper comprises an outer pipe and an inner pipe, wherein two ends of the outer pipe are respectively provided with a front end cover and a rear end cover to enable the outer pipe to form a closed air cylinder, one end of the inner pipe is of a piston shape and is sleeved inside the outer pipe, the piston is fixed between the middle section of the inner pipe and the outer pipe in a close fit manner, the piston divides the interior of the outer pipe into two cavities, the cavities are internally filled with magnetorheological fluid, the middle section of the inner pipe is a thickened section which is internally provided with a flow guiding pipe, the flow guiding pipe penetrates through the piston to conduct the magnetorheological fluid inside the cavities on two sides of the piston, a closed buffer air chamber 8 is formed between the inner pipe and the rear end cover of the outer pipe, the front end and the rear end of the outer pipe are respectively provided with a front guiding seat and a rear guiding seat and are both provided with a seal ring, guiding rings are respectively arranged on the guiding seats and the piston, the magnetorheological fluid is arranged between the guiding seats and the piston, the inner pipe is further provided with a magnetic steel support, and the magnetic steel support is fixedly provided with magnetic steel. By adopting the structure, even if identical permanent magnets are adopted, the damper disclosed by the invention has stronger magnetic induction intensity than that of the traditional damper.
本实用新型涉及一种永磁导流管调节式磁流变阻尼器,它包括外管和内管,所述外管的两端分别设有前端盖、后端盖使外管形成密闭的气缸,所述内管一端呈活塞状且套设于外管中,活塞通过紧配合固定在内管中段和外管之间,活塞将外管内部分隔成两个空腔,该空腔内设有磁流变液,所述内管的中段为加粗段,在该加粗段内设置有导流管,该导流管穿过活塞导通活塞两边空腔内的磁流变液所述内管与外管的后端盖之间形成一个密闭的缓冲气室8,所述外管的前后端部分别设有前导向座、后导向座,且都设有密封圈,并在导向座和活塞上都设有导向环,所述磁流变液则设于导向座与活塞之间,所述内管内还设有磁钢支架,磁钢支架上固设有磁钢。采用以上结构后,即使采用相同的永磁体,也比现有阻尼器具有更强的磁感应强度。
